God's Got Your Back!

Hey Reader,

Tomorrow is a BIG Sunday for us at Harvest because we're officially making the SHIFT to 10:00 AM!

As we continue The Road to Promise through the Book of Exodus, I'm excited because Lady A will be bringing a word from Exodus 10:1-29 with a message called “Not a Hoof.”

In this passage, Pharaoh keeps trying to negotiate the terms of Israel's freedom, but Moses makes it clear: “Not a hoof shall be left behind.” God wasn't bringing some of His people out, He was bringing ALL of them out.

And I believe there's a word in that for us. Life will bring difficult seasons. There will be moments when we can't see what's ahead and circumstances make us wonder how things are going to work out. But we can trust that God has our back! The same God who stood with Israel in Egypt is the God who remains faithful to His people today.

Since this Sunday marks a new chapter for our church family as we gather for the very first time at 10:00 AM, we want EVERYONE to be part of this moment. We have a special gift for every family in attendance to help us commemorate the occasion.

So set that alarm a little earlier! 😂 Bring the whole family, invite somebody to come with you, and let's pack the room as we celebrate what God is doing at Harvest.

New time. Same mission. Same God. Let's SHIFT!

Blessings,

Pastor Eric

Harvest Kids: The Kingdom That Really Matters

9/13 Lesson: Jesus Taught About the Kingdom

Jesus is the King who came to bring God’s kingdom to earth. Through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection, He made the way for people to be part of God’s kingdom. When we trust in Jesus, we are like the good seed in His field—we belong to Him, we grow in Him, and we will be with Him forever.

Memory Verse: "The grass withers, the flowers fade, but the word of our God remains forever" - Isaiah 40:8

Generosity: North Texas Giving Day is Here!

North Texas Giving Day is an annual opportunity for people across North Texas to come together and support local nonprofits and organizations making a difference in their communities. Our giving window is open now through September 17, and we’re excited to participate!

One of the greatest benefits for us is stewardship. Giving through North Texas Giving Day allows us to bypass the normal payment-processing fees associated with our regular online giving. As a church, those fees currently cost us approximately $800 every month. During this giving period, that means more of every dollar given can go directly toward ministry and making an impact. For those who currently choose to cover processing fees when giving online, it also provides you an opportunity to save on those additional costs.

But North Texas Giving Day is about more than how we give, it’s also an opportunity to expand our reach. Thousands of people participate throughout North Texas, giving us greater exposure to people who may not know who we are or the impact God is allowing us to make.

Here’s how you can participate:

  • Give through our North Texas Giving Day website between now and September 17.
  • Repost and share our social media content.
  • Put a Harvest North Texas Giving Day sign in your yard.
  • Tell your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to help us get the word out!

Whether you’re giving or sharing, every act of participation helps. Let’s use this opportunity to be good stewards, broaden our reach, and continue making a difference in our community for the Kingdom!

Women's Bible Study: Ephesians

A Study of Faith and Practice Continues this Week!

Join us as we journey through the book of Ephesians and discover the incredible riches of God's grace, our identity in Christ, and how to live out our faith with confidence and purpose.

Together we'll grow deeper in God's Word, build authentic friendships, and encourage one another as we pursue Jesus. Whether you're new to Bible study or have been studying Scripture for years, this study is for you.

On the weeks we don't meet, we encourage everyone to gather with their Cluster or small group of women to discuss the homework, pray together, and share what God is teaching them.

Harvest Ministries October 24, 2026 We Need a Fresh Wind Hey Reader, I've been praying about this Sunday, and I believe God wants to do something special in our church family! We're continuing The Road to Promise through Exodus with a message called "There's Something in the Water" from Exodus 15:22-27. Isn't it amazing how quickly we can forget what God has done when life doesn't go the way we expected? One moment, we're celebrating His goodness, and the next, we're questioning His...

Harvest Ministries October 17, 2026 Why We Sing! Hey Reader, Tomorrow is going to be special and I can't wait to worship with you at our outdoor Worship on the Lawn service! We're continuing The Road to Promise series through Exodus with a message called "A Song Worth Singing" from Exodus 15:1-18. After God miraculously delivered the Israelites through the Red Sea, Moses and the people responded the only way they knew how, which was with a song of praise! But their worship wasn't simply about...

Harvest Ministries September 26, 2026 The Time is Now! Hey Reader, Currently, I'm across the globe along with our mission team as we serve in Uganda, but I want you to know that my heart is with my Harvest family back home!
